    • PURPOSE:To make a picture motion correction device available at a low cost with low power consumption by detecting a picture motion with picture information electrically processed and correcting an optical axis while rotating a lens- barrel based on the detected output. CONSTITUTION:Picture motion correction is executed with a closed loop constituted by detecting the motion vector of a picture directly from a video signal, detecting a rotary angular velocity by means of an operation using data such as a zoom magnification and driving an actuator 5. The relative angle between a lens-barrel 1 and a support 3 is detected and the actuator 5 is driven so that the relative angle can be 0 (zero) in the low frequency range. Accordingly, the picture motion can be corrected without depending on the zoom magnification, and at a normal time, it can be controlled so as to return the lens-barrel 1 to the reference position of the support 3. Thus, a picture motion correction device of compact size, with light weight and having a blurring prevention function can be obtained at a low cost.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the contrast of the luminance levels between a character/ pattern signal and a color signal by providing a superimposed luminance level converting circuit in front of a character superimposing circuit, and changing and superimposing the luminance level of the character/pattern signal according to the luminance level of the color signal to be a background. CONSTITUTION:When a title is stored into a memory 6 and a color back mode is commanded by a command signal 12, the color signal in one color is generated by a color back signal generating circuit 16, and inputted to a video signal input terminal 1. At such a time, since the command signal 12, which designates the color of the color signal, is simultaneously inputted to a superimposed luminance level converting circuit 15 as well, the color of the color signal, namely the luminance level, can be judged. That is, when a white or a yellow to be at comparatively high luminance level as shown in a figure is selected as the color background, a black to be at the low luminance level is selected as the superimposing signal. In addition when the other colors to be at the comparatively low luminance level is selected as the color background, the white to be at the high luminance level is selected as the superimposing signal.

    • PURPOSE:To lower the possibility of an identification failure at a final track by fixing a pilot signal frequency at the final track in a consecutive recording and performing the identification of the final track only at the same time as fixed pilot signal frequency. CONSTITUTION:After a magnetic tape is stopped by a temporary stop command, the inputting of a recording start command causes the start up of a magnetic tape travelling control circuit 10 with control signals E and F from a system control circuit 12 and the magnetic tape is carried in a forward direction with a capstan motor 11. At such a time, a change-over switch 6 and a video signal processing circuit 2 are put in a reproducing made by a control signal C from the system control circuit 12, and at a pilot signal extracting circuit 7, a reproducing pilot signal is extracted, being inputted to the magnetic tape travelling control circuit 10, also being inputted to a pilot signal presence/absence discriminating circuit 8. When the pilot signal is not present and the pilot signal frequency becomes F, a high level signal is inputted to the system control circuit 12 and synchronizing with a head switching signal A, the recording of a video signal and the pilot signal on the magnetic tape is restarted from the next track.
