    • PURPOSE:To obtain a constant switching clock pulse by inputting a signal resulted from the AND between the output of a D flip-flop and a clock pulse switching signal and a signal resulted from the exclusive OR between the output of the D flip-flop and a reference clock pulse in the D flip-flop. CONSTITUTION:Since the output of a D flip-flop 2 results in L, the output of an AND circuit 11 results in L and a pulse A is changed to L from H, the output of an EX.0R circuit 12 is to L from H. At this time, a pulse C is also changed from L to H, however, since the output of the AND circuit 11 is kept to L because of the output L of the D flip-flop 2, the output of the EX.0R circuit 12 is not changed from H at once. The inversion of the output taken place due to the inputting of the EX.OR circuit 12 in the T terminal of the D flip-flop 2, as well as the H of the pulse C are inputted to the EX.OR circuit 12.     • PURPOSE:To reproduce information as a character/pattern picture by providing a circuit to synthesize a signal, which is read from a memory, and an input signal during one cycle operation period of the memory, adding and storing new input information. CONSTITUTION:At the time of an add-on mode, an add-on signal is present and an enable signal (a) from a controller 11 is made H. For example, in the case of 8 bits, the former half of one cycle is read and the contents of a memory 6 in an address to be written are read and latched by a read data latch pulse E. In an OR circuit 17 of 8 bits, the contents are added with data, which are converted by a serial/parallel conversion pulse, and the latter half of one cycle is written to the memory 6. Thus, when the data are written to the memory in such a way, the input information of this time are added to information, which are stored up to the preceding time of operation, stored and go to the pattern/character information of the memory. Then, the information are finally added, superimposed with the other video input and go to a reproduced output.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a power source and reduce its size by arranging separately the base current limitation resistors of a switching transis tor, connecting a capacitor therebetween, and connecting a transistor to which offset voltage is applied from input voltage through the resistors. CONSTITUTION:When a driving transistor TR2 is turned on by a control signal (m) from a switching controller 3, a base current IB1 (n) to turn a switching transistor TR1 on is passed through current limitation resistors R5 and R1. A capacitor C2 is charged by resistors R5 and R7 and the transistor TR1. The current IB1 to which the charging current of the capacitor C2 is added is passed to shorten the turn-on time of the transistor TR1. When the transistor TR2 is turned off, a transistor TR3 is biased by the voltage stored in the capacitor C2 through the resistors R1, R6, R7 and the transistor TR3 is turned on. The discharge current of the capacitor C2 is passed to accelerate emission of the carriers stored in the transistor TR1 and shorten the turn-off time of the transistor TR1.
