    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic flow measuring system capable of accurately measuring a vehicular traffic flow including an intersection by a simple and inexpensive constitution. SOLUTION: In-vehicle equipment 300 restricts communication with a roadside DSRC communication device 200 when it is within a communication restricted area of the roadside DSRC communication device 200, and transmits vehicle uplink data to the roadside DSRC communication device 200 where the vehicle uplink data includes road ID information and time stamp information contained in notification data from a roadside optical beacon device 100 set up on this side of the intersection, the drive operation information of the vehicle detected by itself, and travel distance data to a point at which the vehicle reaches or passes the communication restricted area. The roadside DSRC communication device 200 calculates vehicular traffic flow data at an intersection by course directions using the vehicle uplink data received from the in-vehicle equipment mounted to the vehicle within its communication area.     • PURPOSE: To provide a rear side danger alarm device giving a proper alarm by taking into consideration the operating result of a rear side vehicle and also the mental judgment characteristics of a human who is the driver.
