    • PURPOSE:To simplify oil treating work and enable the efficient assembling of a transformer, by a method wherein oil is sprayed and an insulator within the transformer body is impregnated with oil, while the oil dropped to the bottom is utilized for the spraying by means of a pump, and after finishing the work, transofrmer oil of a prescribed amount is charged in the transformer. CONSTITUTION:After coming to an assembling position, a heater 15 and an oil pump 16 from a lower valve 5 at the bottom of the transformer body are installed and connected to a spary nozzle 18 of a transportation cover 2 by piping. After the piping work the oil pump 16 is operated to perform circulation spraying for 4-10hr or more if required, thereby an insulator within the transformer body is fully impregnated. Durig the welding work N2 gas is charged in the transformer body so as to prevent the insulator from contacting with the atmosphere. During the assembling work, too, the oil pump 16 is operated and oil is sprayed in circulation thereby further sufficient prevention of humidity absorption in the insulator is performed. During the internal assembling work, N2 gas in the transformer is exchanged with dry air using a vacuum pump. After the internal assembling work, circulation oil at the bottom of the transformer is taken out fully and the vacuum drawing is performed for deaeration and normal transformer oil is charged in the transformer body.

CONSTITUTION:Insulating oil is filled as high as the upper part of the section to be welded, for example, up to the upper part of a conservator 7, a connecting pipe 9 having a suitable inside cubic volume is provided, and insulating oil is filled up to the position indicated by the oil level 10 of the connecting pipe 9.
