摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the occurrence of polymerization in a distillation column. SOLUTION: Distillation plates 10 are disposed in the distillation column 1 at appropriate intervals. A steam-mixed raw material (a) obtained by cracking naphtha is fed to the bottom of the column from a naphtha cracker. The distillate component (b) is withdrawn from the top of the column 1 and sent a quenching column. Fuel oil (c) is discharged from the bottom of the column 1. Since a support ring 11, a support beam 13 and a tray 14 of each of the plates 10 are made from rustproof austenitic stainless steal, the polymerization to be initiated by rust functioning as a catalyst can be hindered. A heat exchanger 27, a magnet strainer 26 and other equipment are arranged on a circulation line 23 in the middle of the column 1 for removing iron content from the liquid passing through the strainer 26 by adsorption, so that the occurrence of the polymerization mainly caused by the iron content in the column 1 can be restrained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a process for the production of an alpha-olefin oligomer such as 1-hexene in high yield and selectivity on an industrial scale at a low cost without necessitating complicate operations. CONSTITUTION:An alpha-olefin is oligomerized by using a chromium-based catalyst consisting of at least a combination of a chromium compound, an amine or a metal amide and an alkylaluminum compound. The alpha-olefin is brought into contact with the chromium-based catalyst in a solvent while preventing the contact of the chromium compound with the alkylaluminum compound. The reaction is carried out by using a reactor having a plurality of different reaction zones.
