    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operation cost for cooling and heating by utilization of inexpensive nighttime service of electricity by connecting attic space to space under a floor via a temperature-controlling medium circulation passage, and by providing heat storage and cold storage materials and a means for heating and cooling them at one part of floor being located on the space under the floor. SOLUTION: In a building H, all of side walls and roofs are in a double structure, and a temperature-controlling medium circulation passage 3 is constituted of a passage 31 between the external wall of a room R1 and the double side wall of the building H, a passage 32 between the external wall except the window W1 and the double side wall of the building H, and a passage 33 between external walls of the rooms R1 and R2. Attic space 1 is connected to space 2 under the floor via the passages 31-33. In this case, double-layer heat and cold storage material HR and a heater unit are provided in the space between a supporting plate and a foundation constituting a floor F. Then, the heat and cold storage material HR where heat is stored by heating with the heater unit by utilization of nighttime service of electricity is radiated toward the surrounding in daytime, thus heating the temperature-controlling medium in the space 2 under the floor by the cooling.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an expenditure of temperature conditioning work and an annual operation expenditure by a method wherein a space behind a roof communicates with a space below a floor through a temperature conditioning medium circulating passage and a bottom base section has a heat accumulation medium, a cold heat accumulation medium, a peripheral edge section having a heating means and/or a cooling means and a ground heat utilizing section enclosing the peripheral edge section on a heat insulating layer. SOLUTION: A temperature conditioning medium circulating passage 3 is comprised of a passage 31 between an outer wall of a room R1 and a double-side wall of a building H, a passage 32 between an outer wall other than a room R2 and a window W1 and a double-side wall of the building H, and a passage 33 between each of the outer walls of the room R1 and the room R2, wherein these passages 31 to 33 communicate with a space behind the roof and a space below the floor. The circumference part of a ground temperature utilizing section 42 at a bottom base section 4 is enclosed by a circumferential edge section 41. The circumferential edge section 41 includes a heat insulating material layer H1, a heat accumulating and cold heat accumulating material ER mounted on the heat insulating material layer and further a heater device EH mounted on the accumulating material. In turn, the ground temperature utilizing section 42 does not have any heater device EH or the like and its lower surface is directly contacted with the ground surface and influenced by the ground temperature.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a heat accumulator in which a heat accumulation tank can be reduced in size and which is a space conservation type to accumulate heat by utilizing excess power at night. CONSTITUTION:A heat accumulator comprises a heat accumulation tank 4 in a refrigerant circulation system having cooling means 2 of fluidized refrigerant 5 to store fluidized refrigerant therein without conduit, and a heat accumulation material 6 disposed in a state in contact with the refrigerant in such a manner that the material 6 is formed of a shape retaining material containing a coagulable heat accumulation component nondischargeable through a retainer. Thus, the component in the heat accumulation material is cooled to be solidified through the fluidized refrigerant stored in the tank and used as cooling medium for room cooling without necessity of heat exchanging the stored refrigerant with another refrigerant while performing heat accumulation. Further, it is not necessary to provide a heat exchanging tube for fluidized refrigerant and cooling medium of room cooling, etc., in the tank, and a necessary amount of the refrigerant can be reduced with an excellent heat accumulation amount.
