SOLUTION: Toner dispersed in an electrically insulating carrier solution contains fine grains of magnesium oxide. Binder resin, fine grains of magnesium oxide and a coloring agent are kneaded using a kneading machine with three rolls or the like to disperse the fine grains of magnesium oxide and coloring agent in the resin. If necessary, a plasticizer and a charge imparting agent can be kneaded together. The size of fine grains of magnesium oxide can be the size enough to be uniformly mixed and dispersed in toner grains. The added quantity of the fine grains of magnesium oxide is preferably 1-30 wt.% to the total weight of toner. The fine grains of magnesium oxide can be fixed to the toner surface instead of or in addition to being kneaded together with the binder resin to be contained in toner.
