    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency correspondence type waveforebraking method which dies not impair a view, provides simple operation principle, and facilitates the maintenance and control by raising a steel pipe pile toward a water surface due to compressed air from the inside of a steel pipe sheet pile embedded in the ground bed on a sea bottom in such a manner that it blocks a harder entrance part. SOLUTION: Many steel pipe sheet piles 2 are embedded in such a manner that they block the ground bed G on a sea bottom of a harbor entrance part continuously. Next, each steel pipe pile 4 of which upper end is blocked by an intermediate lid member 10 is inserted and stored in the inside of each steel pipe sheet pile 2 in such a manner that each steel pipe pile 4 can move vertically, respectively. Furthermore, a compressed air in and out port is provided in a heat part of each steel pipe pile 4. Moreover, concrete for fixing pile 7 is placed below the inside of each steel pipe sheet pile 2, respectively. Then, when abnormal waves occur, compressed air is poured into the inside of the steel pipe pike 4 through the compressed air in and out port in the head part of the steel pipe pile 4, buoyancy is generated in the steel pipe pile 4, and it is lifted toward a water surface S so that each steel pipe pile 4 which floats continuously becomes breakwater. Consequently, it is possible to prevent the worsening of stillness in a port and facilitate the maintenance and control without necessitating large remodeling of the existing harbor entrance part.
