    • PURPOSE: To improve the agitating and mixing property of an agitating device for a ground improving device, and to miniaturize the device. CONSTITUTION: In relation to the rotation of a first rotary agitating vane 3 provided in the tip of a rotary driving shaft 2 and a second rotary agitating vane 4 of the base end, stop vanes 6, of which tips are positioned outside of the circular orbit of the rotary agitating vanes 3, 4, are stopped when a hollow pipe 5 is moved in the only one direction for crossing the rotary driving shaft 2 and the center shaft position thereof is displaced from the rotary driving shaft 2. As a result, agitation for mixing is effectively performed, and the solidification of the viscous soil or the like in the periphery of the agitating vanes in a group can be prevented, and the agitation for mixing can be continuously performed. The number of cuts of the ground by the vanes are large, and high agitating and mixing property can be expected. Since the driving shaft is formed of single shaft, structure can be simplified, and the device can be miniaturized.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to cut a road paving body having a curved surface by means of an inclined cutting device by providing a rotary cutting device swingably on a surface orthogonal to the vehicle running direction and the perpendicular surface in parallel to the vehicle running direction on a self running vehicle. CONSTITUTION:An arm 5 is provided on a vehicle main body 1 with a crawler 2 so that it can swing freely within a perpendicular surface in parallel to the vehicle running direction. And on a main frame 7 connected to the arm 5, a lifting device 10 is provided free to swing within the perpendicular surface orthogonal to the vehicle running direction. Furthermore, on a frame attached to the lower edge of the lifting device 10, a rotary cutting device 22 is provided free to swing within the perpendicular surface in parallel to the vehicle running direction. Consequently, it is possible to cut, by inclining the cutting device, an asphalt road paving body with a curved surface such as a vehicle test course, a bicycle racing track, a river bank, etc.
