摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a very profitable driving hydraulic circuit for rotating the screw of an injection molder, with which necessary motor pressure (torque) can be obtained by simple constitution employing not with high cost two-speed motor having complicated structure but with one-speed motor. CONSTITUTION:In hydraulic circuit for driving an oil motor to rotate the screw of an injection molder, an one-speed motor 20 is employed as the oil motor and a variable delivery pump 31 is used for driving said oil motor and the limiting pressure of said hydraulic circuit is controlled so as to be changed in response to the delivery of said variable delivery pump 31.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a driving device for a rotation of a screw of an extremely advantageous injection molding machine which can obtain low-pressure and high-pressure motor pressure (torque) by a simple constitution by making use of a first speed motor without making use of a second speed motor which has complicated structure and is expensive. CONSTITUTION:In a hydraulic pressure circuit driving an oil motor tuning a screw 10 of an injection molding machine, it is constituted so that the oil motor is made a first speed motor 20, a variable delivery pump 31 and fixed delivery pump 32 are used and the foregoing hydraulic pressure circuit is made changeable to a low-pressure circuit and high-pressure circuit. It is constituted so that in the low-pressure circuit, both of the foregoing fixed and variable delivery pumps 32, 31 are used and in the high-pressure circuit, only the foregoing variable delivery pump is used.

摘要： PURPOSE:To stably perform the coloration of a molded product, by mounting a variable capacity pump changing the emitting amount of a colorant corresponding to the feed amount of a resin of a main screw. CONSTITUTION:A pipeline 5 supplying a colorant to a heating cylinder 1 having a main screw 2 inserted therein in a freely rotatable and reciprocally movable manner and a variable capacity pump 7 changing the emitting amount of the colorant corresponding to the resin feed amount of the main screw 2 is provided to said pipeline 5. The feed amount at a plasticizing time of the raw material resin changing according to the emitting amount of the variable capacity pump 7 is almost proportional to the number of rotations or retraction speed of the main screw 2. Therefore, by changing the emitting amount of the colorant corresponding to the number of rotations or retraction speed of the main screw 2, the too much or little emitting amount of the colorant is prevented. Therefore, the coloration of a molded product is stabilized and color irregularity is eliminated.

Then, 1/2 section 33a of a molded form is obtained at a first stage A, and the remaining molded form is molded at a second stage thereby to obtain a 2 color molded form 33.
