    • PURPOSE: To obtain uniformly an finely crushed pollens exposing the content of the pollen completely, storable for a long period in closed state, extractable in high efficiency and useful as a health food, by forcing pollens to collide with each other in a specific air stream.
      CONSTITUTION: Jet streams are ejected through the opposite nozzles 2, 2', and the pollens 5 are added to the stream, accelerated to a high speed, and made to collide with each other to effect crushing of the pollens. The fine particles produced by the above process is discharged through the exhaust port 10 at the center of the classification chamber 9, and collected. The coarse particles are transferred to the nozzle 2' by the centrifugal force, and crushed again. The pressure of the jet stream is ≥6.5kg/cm
      2 at the point just before the nozzle, and the classification of the pollens is carried out preferably in a manner to collect the particles having a diameter of ≤10μ.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inhibiting a difficulty in production due to sticking of powder to a screen and clogging of screen holes, deterioration, etc., of product quality when a granular formulation containing an ingredient having high water solubility such as an amino acid is produced by an extrusion granulation method.
      SOLUTION: A sucrose ester of a fatty acid is added so as to afford 3% based on the whole. Thereby, production of viscosity by addition of water, sticking of the powder to the screen, clogging of the screen holes, heat generation, etc., caused by pressurization can be suppressed. Although it is clear that ethanol as a binder is added to thereby suppress the sticking of the powder with the viscosity, there is advantages in higher shape retention than that of a granular formulation obtained by adding the ethanol.
