    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a methane fermentation method and methane fermentation apparatus, capable of maintaining a stable fermentation state over a long period.
      SOLUTION: Methane fermentation is performed with a methane fermentation apparatus structured to perform the following operations: The density of organic waste determined through a mass flowmeter 14 and the density of a separation liquid obtained through an oil and fat remover 13, through the mass flowmeter 14, by removing oil and fat from the organic waste through an oil and fat remover 13 are measured.
