    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a sintered alloy layer necessary for almost the entire surface of the local part of a matrix material, by a method wherein alloy powder sheets each forming a liquid phase at a sintering temp. are laminated to both sides of a sheet containing an alloy powder forming no liquid phase at the sintering temp. and respective thicknesses thereof are made adequate. CONSTITUTION:An alloy powder sheet prepared by bonding an alloy powder with synthetic resin having stickiness is constituted as mentioned hereinbelow. That is, sheets each containing an alloy powder forming a liquid phase in a sintering temp. range are respectively laminted to both sides of a sheet containing an alloy powder forming no liquid phase in the sintering temp. range to form a multi-layered structural sheet having thee layers or more. In this case, the thicknesses of the central sheet and both side sheets are set to such a predetermined ratio that the multi-layered structural sheet does not generate warpage with respect to a matrix material during sintering.

    • PURPOSE:To mold the specified formed cam part having an abrasion resisting alloy layer on its surface, by constituting a cam sliding part in a way of sintering a pad member made of kneading abrasive resisting alloy powder and an abrasive. CONSTITUTION:Abrasive resisting alloy powder and acrylic system adhesive are kneaded, forming a sheet, and a pad member 5 provided with a through hole 6 is installed in this sheet, while a cam base member 1 forming an interconnecting hole 3 in the specified position of a cam part 1a is prepared for, then the pad member 5 is applied to the cam base member 1 and simultaneously a pin-form perforated member 4 is inserted into the through hole 6 of the pad member 5 and insertedly locked to the interconnecting hole 3 of the cam base member 1 and, after this perforated member is heated for more than five minutes long at a temperature of 150-380 deg.C in a nonxidating ambience, it is heated and sintered, thus an abrasive resisting sintered layer is formed on the cam part, whereby an oil passage is formable owing to the perforated member.

    • PURPOSE:To economize energy for a heat treatment and to obtain a member having vibration-damping property by adhering a wear resistant powder alloy sheet onto the surface of a metallic base material consisting of a vibration-damping material, sintering the same and subjecting the material to a vibration damping heat treatment including a preliminary heat treatment in the midway of a temp. decrease. CONSTITUTION:A powder alloy sheet manufactured by kneading wear resistant alloy powder and resin binder is adhered to the surface of a metallic base body consisting of a vibration-damping material for which wear resistance is required. The adhered member is sintered by heating up to the sintering temp. to form a sintered metallic layer. The material is held at a prescribed temp. in the midway of the temp. decreases as a preliminary heat treatment in the stage of starting the vibration-damping heat treatment from the sintering temp. and after the material is hardened and quickly cooled, the material is subjected to a tempering treatment which is a post treatment. The metallic part having wear resistance and vibration-damping property on the desired surface is obtd. by the above-mentioned method. Since the heating for the purpose of hardening in the vibration-damping heat treatment is not required, the energy as a whole is economized.
