摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the inclination of a cylindrical coil and to obviate the overflow of an adhesive from the bonded surface by providing a supporting surface having an outer diameter substantially equal to the inner diameter of a coil on the outer periphery of a supporting base for supporting the coil and a recess. CONSTITUTION:A stator 2 is secured to a yoke 3. A permanent magnet 5 is mounted on the stator 2. A rotor 1 formed on a rotational shaft 4 is composed of a substantially disc-shaped supporting base 6 secured to the shaft 4, a cylindrical coil 9 and a commutator 7. The base 6 has a circular recess 21 to be engated with the lower part of the commutator 7 on the upper surface and a hole formed on the bottom of the surface 21, the upper peripheral surface has a plurality of projections 23, and a plurality of recesses 24 at an interval in a circumferential direction on the outer periphery. The outer diameter of the base 6 on the outer periphery having no recesses 24 are substantially equal to the inner diameter of the coil 9. The base 6 is bonded fixedly with adhesive to the coil 9.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance thermoelectric module which is manufactured easily. SOLUTION: A thermoelectric module is provided by electrically connecting a P type thermoelectric element 1 and an N type thermoelectric element 1 to the junction electrodes 30 of two electrode plates 2. The thermoelectric element 1 is arranged on each junction electrode 30 by cutting the thermoelectric element material mounted over a plurality of junction electrodes. After mounting the thermoelectric element material over a plurality of junction electrodes 30 on the electrode plate 2, the thermoelectric element material is cut to separate the thermoelectric elements on the junction electrodes. Then, the other electrode plate whereupon a plurality of junction electrodes are arranged by the prescribed arrangement is mounted on the other side of the thermoelectric element. The thermoelectric element materials are arranged at prescribed intervals by joining the thermoelectric element material to the junction electrode 30 of the electrode plate 2 and in such state, the termoelectric element materials are cut.

The P type thermoelectric element 1 and the N type thermoelectric element 1 are respectively arranged in lines in the direction which crosses the direction of the electrical connection by the junction electrode of alternate metal pattern plate 3, and the line of the P type thermoelectric elements 1 and the line of the N type thermoelectric elements 1 are alternately arranged.
