    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightning arrester capable of lowering a discharge voltage in absorbing lightning surge, and of suppressing generation of a dynamic current; and a ground terminal board with the same.
      SOLUTION: The ground terminal board 10 has a class B ground electrode 12b and a class D ground electrode 12d, wherein lightning arresters 20 each having a capacitor 21 and a gap type arrester 22 connected in series to each other are connected between the class B ground electrodes 12b and the class D ground electrodes 12d. By using the gap type arrester 22, the discharge voltage in absorbing lightning surge can be kept low. By connecting the gap type arrester 22 and the capacitor 21 in series to each other, a dynamic current in a commercial power voltage can be restrained.

    • PURPOSE:To detect flow of a high frequency leakage current by detecting a high frequency component in a cable run and outputting it to the outside. CONSTITUTION:A current flowing through a cable run 1 is detected by a current transformer 2, converted to a DC voltage by adding DC offset at a current detecting circuit 10 and inputted to an A/D converting circuit 11 and a DC voltage is divided and converted to a digital value. The square values thereof are integrated by a calculating part 12 for a certain period and an integrated value and a reference value are compared with a each other. When the integrated value exceeds the reference value, presence of some overcurrent is judged, a driving signal is outputted from a pulling out circuit 6 and a contact point 7 is opened/closed. As for detection of a high frequency leakage current, after a leakage current flowing in the cable run 1 is detected by means of a zero phase current converter 4 and converted to a voltage value by means of a resistor 13, the high frequency component of a signal voltage is detected by means of a high-pass filter 15. Then, after this is converted to a digital value by means of an A/D converting circuit 10, the effective value of a high frequency is obtained by means of the calculating part 12 and in response thereto, outputted to the outside from an output device 9.

The internal wirings 1 are provided with a first ring member 9 which is made of a ferrite material and serves as a noise eliminating means for eliminating high frequency noises by making the numbers of respective electric wires of the inner wirings the same and allowing their penetration by one turn, or more.

Also the present value of the electric path condition transmitted from the sensor circuit part 5, the failure sensing set value, and detail of the failure are transmitted from the transmission unit 4 to the power distribution monitoring panel 1.

CONSTITUTION:A voltage signal generating section 7 comprises a transformer 1 inserted into an electric circuit 2, a resistance 4 and a temperature compensation element 3 connected in series to an output terminal of a secondary winding of the transformer 1 and a voltage detector 5 in which a wire 13 is connected to both ends of the resistance 4 and the temperature compensation element 3 to detect a voltage across both ends thereof. The temperature compensation element 3 which increases in resistance value with a rise in temperature uses a PTC thermistor, a thermosensitive resistor and the like. In addition, the resistance 4 and the temperature compensation element 3 are mounted on an external frame case 12 of the transformer 1, a connection part with the secondary winding is arranged within the external frame case 12 and a resin is run into the external frame case 12. A signal processing section 9 determines a current value flowing through the electric circuit 2 from a voltage value detected with the voltage detector 5.

After a prescribed time passes, a relay 24 for alarm operates and an alarm signal is generated. On the occasion, a brake circuit is made to operate by the alarm signal. Simultaneously with the generation of the alarm signal, a timer circuit 25 of a tripping signal output means 5 operates, the tripping means 5 operates with generation of a tripping signal of a signal generating means 26 after a prescribed time passes, and thereby a main contact part 6 is opened. When a short-circuit current flows through the lines (u), (v) and (w), a transistor 36 turns ON and, therefore, the tripping means 5 conducts a tripping operation immediately.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the dynamic current after commutation by comprising a sub-arcing horn connected to a fixed contact, a sub-arc-extinguishing device provided between the sub-arcing horn and an arc runner and for extinguishing the arc generated in an arc jumping part, and a connecting member for performing connection between multiple electrodes of the arc runner. CONSTITUTION:When the abnormal current flows and generates an arc between a movable contact 4 and a fixed contact 3, the arc travels through an arcing horn 6 and an arc runner 8 to be extinguished by an arc-extinguishing device 9. When the arc moves to the arc runner 8, the current flowing through the arc is commutated to a connecting member 12, but the energy stored in the inductance component included in a load is discharged to ignite an arc in a gap 7 of an arc-jumping part 20. The arc travels through a sub-arcing horn 15 and the arc runner 8 to be extinguished by a sub-arc-extinguishing device. The dynamic current after commutation can be thereby reduced.
