摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a ceramic slurry excellent in productivity and dispersion stability by using a nontoxic water-soluble binder. CONSTITUTION:This method for producing a ceramic slurry excellent in dispersion stability in a short time is to mix and disperse ceramic powder with a water-soluble plasticizer or a water-soluble surfactant and then add a polyvinyl acetal thereto. The method is provided so as to take countermeasures for the following: Since the surface of the ceramic powder is strong alkaline, acetyl groups in the polyvinyl acetal which is a water-soluble binder is brought into contact therewith to initiate the hydrolytic reaction when all the materials are simultaneously mixed. The dispersibility of the slurry is deteriorated due to organic acid ions of the reactional product. Furthermore, since the flocculated ceramic powder is wrapped in the polyvinyl acetal which is the water-soluble binder, high energy is required for dispersion and much time and a large amount of pebbles are required for preparing the slurry. The amount of the blended pebbles can be reduced as secondary effects thereof and the yield of the ceramic slurry based on the unit volume is increased.

A cathode conductor 5, having a group of carbon particles 9 which protrude to the side of the conductive polymer intermediate layer 4, is formed on the surface of the conductive polymer intermediate layer 4. The conductive polymer intermediate layer 4 is made to adhere to the group of carbon particles 9, to manufacture a solid electrolytic capacitor 16 with reduced equivalent series resistance and loss.

Thereby oxygens in the air can be prevented from intruding into the interior of the capacitor element and thus the possibility that the solid electrolylic layer of conductive polymer is deteriorated due to oxygen can be eliminated. As a result, there can be easily obtained a solid electrolytic capacitor which is highly excellent in the stability of its resistance characteristics.

Therefore, an excellent ceramic laminated body in which no delamination occurs even when the laminated body is cut and baked can be obtained, because the plasticity of the laminated body is improved and the deformation of the laminated body due to the stress applied to the laminated body at the cutting time is reduced.

Thereby, since the affinity between the solid electrolyte layer made of the conductive polymer and the solution containing carbon is improved and a carbon layer having a uniform quality and a constant thickness can be formed on the solid electrolyte layer, the solid electrolytic capacitor manufactured by this method is made superior in its ESR characteristic and leakage current characteristic, and its yield can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic green sheet excellent in surface smoothness by removing organic solvent from binder and using harmless aqueous binder in a process of manufacturing various laminated ceramic molded products. CONSTITUTION:Ceramic slurry is apt to form aggregates of ceramic powder and is lacking in dispersibility. To cope with this a slurry is prepared by mixing ceramic powder, polyvinyl acetal of 3mol% or below of acetyl base content as an aqueous binder, aqueous plasticizer, surface-active agent, water and so on, and dispersing the resultant mixture. The ceramic slurry is shaped into a sheet and dried. This obtains a ceramic green sheet excellent in surface smoothness.
