    • PURPOSE:To prevent the diffusion of the silver of an Ag.Pd conductor to eutectic solder under the state of melting by coating the surface of the conductor with a material having the high melting point and connecting a part, etc., to the conductor by a solder material having the low melting point. CONSTITUTION:Pasty high melting-point solder containing flux is printed to Ag.Pd conductors 2 fixed onto an alumina substrate 1 through printing and baking. The state is heated up to a fixed temperature, the solder is melted, cooled and solidified, and the surfaces of the Ag.Pd conductors are coated. Pasty eutectic solder is applied onto the surfaces of the conductors, a lead terminal 5 and a chip part 6 are placed, the whole is heated and the solder is melted and cooled, and the lead terminal 5 and the chip part 6 are connected. Accordingly, the Ag.Pd conductors 2 are coated with high melting-point solder, thus preventing the diffusion of the silver of the Ag.Pd conductors to eutectic solder in the joining of the Ag.Pd conductors 2 and eutectic solder, then remarkably increasing the adhesive strength of the Ag.Pd conductors.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption and reduce a noise generated by a servomechanism by making a fine/rough change of an adjustment of a lens position according to whether a subject is light or dark. CONSTITUTION:The automatic focus adjusting device of a camera is equipped with an automatic focus adjusting circuit 2 which outputs output signals O1 and O2 when the difference between a distance measurement signal VM corresponding to the distance to the subject A and a lens position signal VL corresponding to the lens position of the camera and the servomechanism 3 which corrects the lens position of the camera with the output signals O1 and O2 from the circuit 2, and the specific difference value between the distance measurement signal VM and lens position signal VL at which the output signals O1 and O2 are sent out is varied according to the brightness of the subject A. Consequently, this device makes a rough adjustment of the lens position when the subject is bright to save electric power and also reduces a noise generated by the mechanism 3; when the subject is dark, the adjustment of the lens position is made finely, so a sharp image is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To minimize a noise generated in distance measuring operation and power consumption by adjusting time intervals of distance measurement and lens position correction according to the motion of a subject. CONSTITUTION:The automatic focus adjusting device of a camera is equipped with a distance measurement part 10 which outputs a distance measurement signal corresponding to the distance to the subject A at time intervals, a comparing circuit 4 which outputs a signal corresponding to the difference between the distance measurement signal H from the distance measurement part 10 and a lens position signal I corresponding to the lens position of the camera, and a driving circuit 6 which corrects the lens position according to the signal from the circuit 4. Then, this device detects whether the subject A moves fast or slow from whether the operation time of the circuit 6 is long or short. Consequently, when the subject A moves fast, the adjusted period is short to increase the frequency of distance measurement, and when the motion is slow, on the other hand, the distance measurement period becomes longer to decrease the frequency of distance measurement.
