    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera apparatus appropriately managing a position coordinate in the case external force is applied and positional deviation occurs owing to slippage.
      SOLUTION: A driving apparatus 3 is controlled by a control part 8 according to a position coordinate system, and then, the camera 2 is moved. When the slippage occurs in a slip mechanism 6 between the camera 2 and the driving apparatus 3, the positional deviation is detected by a positional deviation detector 9. And the position coordinate system is corrected by the control part 8 based on the positional deviation detected by the detector 9. Besides, the driving apparatus 3 is controlled by the control part 8 when the slippage is detected, and then, the posture of the camera 2 is corrected.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of defective imaging times, such as displaying of an illumination light onto a lens or the like of eyeglasses, when imaging an iris pattern used for authenticating a person.
