    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid level sensor capable of precisely measuring the liquid level in a metal container, even if the surface of the metal container whose liquid level is detected has a complex shape.
      SOLUTION: This liquid level sensor is so constituted as to stick a support member 27 made of a magnet having elasticity to an insulating substrate 11, and urge the insulating substrate 11 to the metal container 31 by this support member 27. Consequently, since layers of air are not formed between a thermistor and the metal container, the resistance value of the thermistor changes accurately, according to the change in the liquid level, and as a result, superior effects where accurate measurement of the liquid level in the metal container can be made becomes available.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a distortion detector having no characteristics that silver components in an electrode containing silver are imigrated to a distortion resistive element and output characteristics are deteriorated by a method wherein the distortion resistive element provided on an upper face of an insulation base is connected to an electrode containing a pair of silvers via a connection layer composed of a noble metal and having an opening part. SOLUTION: A pair of connection layers 15 comprising a noble metal such as gold, platinum, or the like is provided at a position of both ends of a distortion resistive element 14 on an upper face of an insulation base 11, and also is electrically connected to the distortion resistive element 14. An opening part 16 is provided at an approximately a center of the pair of connection layers 15 and an electrode 17 containing silver is connected onto the insulation base 11 via the opening part 16. When a shearing force is applied from an upper face of an end part of the insulation base 11, a bending moment occurs on the insulation base 11. A resistance value of the distortion resistive element changes by this bending moment. The change of this resistance value is output to an external computer, etc., by the electrode 17 containing silver to detect weighting loaded on the insulation base 11.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load sensor giving no effect to the output signal of the sensor even when the power voltage fed to the sensor is fluctuated, by providing a reference signal generation section outputting a reference signal proportional to the power voltage and a selector selectively outputting the detection output from a detection section or the reference signal. SOLUTION: When a load is applied to an operation section, a control circuit section 40 selectively operates a selector 35 so that the detection output of a detection section 31 is inputted to the DC amplifier 37 of a DC amplifying circuit section 36. The output signal is converted by an A/D converter 39 and stored in the control circuit section 40. The control circuit section 40 selectively operates the selector 35 so that the reference signal of a reference signal generation section 34 is inputted to the amplifier 37 of the DC amplifying circuit section 36. The output signal is converted by the A/D converter 39 and stored in the control circuit section 40. When the power voltage of a power supply 33 is fluctuated by a temperature change, the control circuit section 49 corrects the fluctuation of the digital signal output of a load sensor caused by the fluctuation of the power voltage and outputs it to a host 41.

By making the device above constitution in which the shock stopper 38 is provided on the cartridge holder like, even when the device is dropped on the bottom surface, since the shock stopper 38 collides with the projecting parts of the chassis 31, it is eliminated that the cartridge 35 is elastically deformed and an upper side magnetic head 32 and a lower side magnetic head 43 do not collide with each other and the characteristics of the device are not degraded.
