      SOLUTION: The composite RF component is provided with: a mount board 11 including a ground electrode; a power amplifier 12 arranged on the mount board 11; the antenna duplexer 15 arranged on the mount board 11 apart from the power amplifier 12 at a prescribed interval and including a surface acoustic wave element 14 with interdigital electrodes 13 at its lower side; and a mold resin 16 for covering the power amplifier 12 and the antenna duplexer 15 on the mount board 11, wherein a low heat conduction layer 25 whose heat conductivity is smaller than that of the mold resin 16 is formed between the antenna duplexer 15 and the mold resin 16.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell having high performance and high safety by forming a separator having an electrode connection body constituted of a polymer electrolytic film and electrode layers with catalyst reaction layers arranged on both faces and feed/discharge passage grooves feeding/discharging fuel to the laminated electrode layers with a carbon material having unsaturated bonding, and providing a water-repellent layer chemically bonded with unsaturated bonding on the feed/discharge passage grooves. SOLUTION: A water-repellent layer is formed with a silane coupling agent, particularly an alkoxy silane surfactant containing the carbon fluoride group, it contains the compound of formula I or formula II, and it preferably contains one or more kinds of fluororesin, polypropylene, and nylon, where (n) is 0 or an integer, R is the alkylene group, vinylene group, ethynylene group or the group containing silicon and O, (m) is 0 or 1, X is H, the alkyl group, alkoxyl group or fluorine-containing alkoxy group, A is the alkyl group, (p) is 0, 1 or 2, and (w) is an integer. The moisture generated when a solid polymer fuel cell is driven can be efficiently discharged.
