摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent an endless belt from meandering by providing a collar that has a larger diameter than the center part of a support roll which is longer than the width of the supported endless belt to the end part of the support roll and a groove inside of it, and bending and fitting the end of the endless belt in the groove. CONSTITUTION:The endless belt 18 is extended between support rolls 16 and 17 and wound around a heat roll 15 by prescribed length. The axial length of the support rolls 16 and 17 is larger than the width of the endless belt 18, diameters of its end parts 16a and 17a are made a little bit larger than the diameter of a heat insulating layer 23, and grooves 16c and 17c are formed inside of them. The end part of the endless belt 18 is bent to form an interlocking part 18a, which is fitted in the grooves 16c and 17c. Consequently, the endless belt 18 is prevented from meandering to fix an image stably on copy paper.

摘要： PURPOSE:To fix an image with a low contact pressure and to reduce the device at its size by arranging a belt to which a prescribed tension is loaded to press an image carrier against a heat roller. CONSTITUTION:The belt 11 to press recording paper 9 against the heat roller 1 is arranged. One end of the belt 11 is fixed to a rotary shaft 12, the belt 11 is wound around a rod 13 so that a prescribed length of the belt 11 is contacted with the heat roller 1 and the other end is pulled up by a spring 14 with a prescribed tension. The belt 11 is constituted by fluor resin or cloth coated with fluor resin and the coefficient of friction between the belt 11 and the recording paper 9 is smaller than that between the heat roller 1 and the recording paper 9. Therefore, the sliding is concentrated to the contact surface between the recording paper 9 and the belt 11, so that fixing is performed with a low contact pressure and the size of the device can be reduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device by providing a rotatably provided regulating means which forcibly moves a detection member to a 1st position, an energizing means energizing the detection member toward a 2nd position and a means detecting that the detection member is positioned at the 2nd position. CONSTITUTION:The end part of a journal 17 pivoting an arm 13 is protruded to the outside of an enclosure 21 and fixed a magnet 19 through a lever 18. Namely, the magnet 19 can be rocked integrally with the detection member 14 through a supporting shaft 17, and corresponds to the 1st position Y1 of a detecting member 14 and the 2nd position Y2 of dotted lines. A reed switch 20 is provided adjacent to the 2nd position of the magnet 19. Only when the magnet 19 is positioned correspondingly to the 2nd position Y2 or just in the vicinity of the position, the reed switch 20 maintains its on state, otherwise, it is turned off. Consequently, if the detection member 14 goes down to the 2nd position Y2 to be subjected to reciplocating movement, the developers in 2nd or 3rd developer chambers 10 and 11 are empty or not is detected, and the result is displayed outside. Thus a developing device can be miniaturized.

If toner in the 1st toner chamber 33 becomes empty, the effect is displayed to the outside. Thus toner can be supplied without developing the bridge.
