    • PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a phase shift between a pilot signal and the output signal of a voltage control oscillator by controlling the natural oscillation frequency after detecting a phase error between said both signals. CONSTITUTION:When the natural oscillation frequency of a voltage control oscillator has a change, the DC voltage is generated between output terminals. This DC potential difference is detected and amplified by a differential amplifier consisting of transistors TRQ5 and Q6 and then filtered through an LPF15 consisting of a resistance R6 and a capacitor C2. This signal is applied to the control input terminal of the voltage control oscillator from an output terminal 26 via a differential amplifier consisting of TRQ9 and Q10 to compensate the variation of the natural oscillation frequency.

    • PURPOSE:To receive a double broadcast signal in monaural reception mode and to prevent a failure in sound recording to an error in reception setting by providing a changeover switch which outputs a switching signal when operated and an FF which is set and reset repeatedly by every time said signal is inputted. CONSTITUTION:A switching circuit 15 is connected to a control signal detection part 7 which detects a stereophonic or double broadcast signal, and a changeover switch S1 which when operated, outputs a switching signal A is connected to said circuit 15. This circuit 15 connects with a shift register 17 which changes reception mode by applying a switching signal A' to a matrix circuit 10 successively and an FF 16 which is set and reset repeatedly by every time the switching signal A is inputted. This FF 16 is applied with a double broadcast reception signal C from a detection part 7 to be reset and when it is set, the switching signal A' is applied to the circuit 10. In monaural reception mode, the double broadcast signal is allowed to be received to prevent a failure in sound recording due to an error in reception setting.

    • PURPOSE:To receive a desired broadcast station in the optimum condition without receiving the severe inteference of contiguous stations, by varying the tuning characteristics of a high frequency amplifier between the upper and lower sides. CONSTITUTION:A broadcast wave sent through an antenna is received and reproduced via a high frequency amplifier 1 containing a tuning circuit, a mixer 2 which receives the output of a local oscillator 7, an intermediate frequency amplifier 3, an FM wave detector 4 and a multiplexer 5 respectively and then delivered via a low frequency amplifier 6. The oscillator 7 is controlled by the control voltage supplied from a filter 11 of a phase locked loop including a program divider 8 which is controlled through a control part 12, a phase comparator 9 which receives the output of a reference frequency oscillator 10 and a low pass filter 11. The tuning circuit of the amplifier 1 is controlled also by the above-mentioned control voltage. In this case, the control voltage is variably divided by resistances R1-R3, and then applied to the amplifier 1 to control the tuning characteristics of the amplifier 1.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the MT circuit, by controlling the muting MT means with the output of a sweep stop signal generating means, when a sweep switching means switches to the automatic sweep state. CONSTITUTION:In a receiver providing an automatic sweep function, a sweep selector switch in a key matrix 26 is selected to the automatic sweep side, and during the automatic sweep, an MT signal is outputted from a digit terminal D6 of a CT24 with the program written in a ROM in a PLL controller CT24 to reject noise between stations. When an input signal level is more than a given level at this state, a sweep stop signal is produced from a stop signal generating circuit 27 and it is inputted to the CT24. The CT24 stops automatic sweep with this signal to transmit the reception signal to a speaker 20 by interrupting the MT signal. Thus, the CT24 is not required to provide a separate MT control circuit and it is not required to provide a sweep selector switch and a MT switch separately, allowing to remarkably simplify the entire circuit constitution.

    • PURPOSE:To realize a signal intensity detection having a dynamic range and linearity to the extent of causing no problem in practical use, by using a signal detector of multistage constitution. CONSTITUTION:A signal which has been caught by an antenna 1 is amplified by a high frequency amplifier 2, and is transmitted to a low-frequency stage through a mixer 3, an intermediate frequency amplifier 5 and a detector 6. On the other hand, an output of the mixer 3 is attenuated by an attenuator 7, and its output is inputted to an intermediate amplifier 8 through a ceramic filter CF1. An output of the intermediate amplifier 8 is inputted to a signal intensity detector 9 through a ceramic filter CF2. In the event of a large input signal, an input of the intermediate frequency amplifier 8 is attenuated by the attenuator 7, also the gain of the high-frequency amplifier 2 is reduced, a signal to be inputted to the mixer 3 is attenuated, and it is suppressed that the mixer 3 and the intermediate frequency amplifier 8 is saturated soon.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the effect of the disturbance signal by applying the division ratio data to the variabledivider in time-division multiplication. CONSTITUTION:When switch 13 is closed, counter 10 operates by the output of control circuit 12. Thus the division ratio data is supplied to variable divider 6, and at the same time gate circuit 11 opens to apply the time division signal to divider 6. As a result, the time-devision multiplied division ratio data is latched to divider 6 to be set to the prescribed ratio. Accordingly, the oscillation frequency of VCO features the value corresponding to the division ratio, and the signal featuring the frequency corresponding to the division ratio can be received. This series of action is kept while switch 13 is pushed to give the sequential sweep to the reception frequency from the lower to upper limit and vice versa. On the other hand, when switch 13 is opened after reception of the prescribed broadcast signal, the selection is stopped for the division ratio data given from counter 10. AT the same time, circuit 11 is also closed to prevent assuredly the undersired signals from mixing into the divider 6 and other reception circuit systems.
