    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating device capable of measuring temperature with high accuracy, without having to depend on the emissivity of a cooking vessel and capable of realizing correct control, corresponding to the temperature of the cooking vessel.
      SOLUTION: An infrared sensor 4 and a thermistor 3 are used concurrently, and according to gradient of temperature change, a priority is determined to which of the infrared sensor 4 and the thermistor 3 is given. As a result, even if the temperature of the cooking vessel 1 rises rapidly, the temperature can be measured correctly by the infrared sensor 4 without delay in response, and temperature measurement with few errors that does not depend on the emissivity becomes possible, even for the cooking vessels 1 having different emissivities.

The view field of the infrared-ray detection means 6 is narrowed. Since the magnetism prevention means 7 is arranged at outside of the view field, the temperature of the pot can be stably detected at all time, and heat-cooking with good precision can be carried out without receiving influence of the temperature from the magnetism prevention means 7 and disturbance light from outside, by receiving the infrared-ray only from an limited area at central part of the pot 1.
