摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a controller using a battery as a power source from generating heat or combustion due to a residual capacity of the battery at the time of dumping of the battery. CONSTITUTION:In a discharging circuit 8 of a battery 5, a latch relay 9 is energized at the specified time set by a timer 7 and a contact 10 is shorted and the battery is discharged by a resistor for discharging 11 and a residual capacity of the battery 5 is made zero. At the time of dumping of a controller, a residual capacity of the battery 5 is automatically made zero. Therefore, even in the case that both ends of the battery 5 are shorted due to the dumping of the controller, there is no danger that the controller generates heat or combustion and the safety of the controller at the time of dumping can be increased.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent an unnecessary shut-off of gas without any damage to safety by conducting the setting of a shut-off judgement time not by the two-value judgement that is digital by carrying out calculation that is analog for the monitoring time. CONSTITUTION:The gas flow rate that is measured by a flow rate measurement device 3 is separated to flow rates to respective gas devices by an individual flow rate estimation device 4 and they are outputted. In a monitoring device 8 for the time of use the time of continuous use is monitored for respective gas devices. The results of the monitoring are transmitted to a calculator 11. The calculator 11 conducts the calculation of shut-off judgement time by a fuzzy calculation as an example of analog calculation means. The shut-off judgement time that is calculated by the calculator 11 is transmitted to a shut-off conditions setting means 9, and if that time is larger than the set value for shut-off judgement time that is set in the shut-off conditions setting means 9, the set value of the shut-off judgement time is changed. In a shut-off judgement means 5, if one and the same gas equipment is used continuously for a time more than the shut-off judgement time that is set by the shut-off conditions setting device 9, a gas shut-off valve 7 is driven through a valve drive means 6 and the supply of gas to a gas pipe 2 is stopped.

And then the output of the timer means 9 is made LOW after, for instance, 24 hours. A judgement means 10 monitors the signal from the timer means 9 and the signal from the pressure sensor 8. If the signal from the pressure sensor 8 is over 330 mm H2O continuously for 24 hours, the judge ment means judges that there is a pressure abnormality and outputs signal to an output means 11. The monitoring time is set so as to be able to eliminate the effect of a pressure rise due to temperature.

摘要： PURPOSE:To decide a leak when the amount of water running in supply piping does not decrease below a specific value even once for a specific period by resetting a timer with a specific signal from a flow rate decision part and deciding the leak with the clocking end signal of the timer. CONSTITUTION:A flow rate arithmetic part 2 which receives a signal from a flow rate detection part 1 calculates and sends the amount of running water as a comparison signal to the flow rate decision part 3. The flow rate decision part 3 decides whether the sent signal is larger than the specific value or not and sends a signal to the timer part 4 to reset the time when the sent signal is not larger. The timer part 4 which receives this signal stops clocking the time and restarts closing the specific period from the beginning. When the clocking of the timer is not interrupted and the specific period is elapsed, the clocking end signal is sent to a leak decision part 5, which decides that there is a leak of water. Thus, the leak is judged unless running water which is less than the specific value is observed continuously for the specific period.

After that, during the remained counting period from the time t2 to a time t3, the interruption level L2 is applied as the suitable use condition. When the counting of the timer 10 is finished at the time t3, a safety coefficient K1 is multiplied to a maximum value P2 of the data and the arithmetic result is calculated and compared with an initial condition. Then, a smaller L3 is reset as the suitable use condition and applied as the interruption condition in the following operation.

By the above mechanism, even small counter electromotive voltage can be responded to, free design is enabled by counter electromotive voltage, also no influence of temperature is caused, and dispersion among respective return voltages is diminished.
