CONSTITUTION:When an ejection button 3a is depressed in arrow head direction in a power supplying state, first of all, a detection switch 9 is depressed, thereby a conduction state is generated, and an operation switching plunger 1 is attracted for a regulated time, then an operation mode is switched, and a plunger lever 2 engages with the plunger 1, and turns in a counterclockwise direction, and an ejection button 3b also turns in the counterclockwise direction. For this reason, the ejection button 3b is not engaged with an ejection arm 5 even when the ejection button 3a is depressed, therefore, no manual ejection can be performed. Meanwhile, electrically speaking, the detection switch 9 goes to the conduction state by depressing the ejection button 3a, and the ejection arm 5 is made turn in a clockwise direction by an electrical ejecting mechanism, thereby, the automatic ejection being performed. In a state where the power is cut off, the plunger 1 is not attracted, and the plunger lever 2 is energized with a spring 4, then being positioned to a state shown an continuous line, and the manual ejection can be performed by depressing the ejection button 3a in the state.

摘要： PURPOSE: To attain the compact and light weight in designing a cassette tape recorder with simple and thin constitution by providing a pair of pinch rolls and a capstan shaft and switching the forward and reverse modes of tape reproduction by changing the revolving direction of the capstan shaft.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of pinch rolls 5 are provided together with a capstan shaft 1, and the revolutions of the shaft 1 are transmitted to the 1st and 2nd take-up reels 7 and 9. Furthermore a switch gear 6 containing a slip, mechanism is added. The shaft 1 is turned toward an arrow head and pressed to the roll 5. Under such conditions, a slip pulley 4 is also revolved toward the arrow head. At the same time, the gear 6 is held at a position where it interlocks a take-up gear 8 by a switching means. Then a forward reproduction mode is set in a state where a magnetic head 11 is attached to a tape of a cassette magazine 2. While the reproduction mode can be easily switched in the opposite direction with switch of the gear 6 as soon as the revolving direction of the shaft 1 is changed.

These three types of cam gears are driven by a motor 1 to share the drive of a head substrate 24 and the press-contact actuation of pinch rollers 55a and 55b to capstan shafts 7a and 7b respectively. In such a constitution, the assured operation is possible for a tape recorder with a low level of voltage and the driving power of a miniature motor.

Such adaptor 5 is inserted into and fixed to the opening of the front panel, thereafter, the car radio 4 is inserted into and fitted to the adaptor 5 and is pinched by the leaf springs 16 thereby eliminating the looseness between the adaptor 5 and the radio 4.
