    • PURPOSE: To provide a resin compsn. which can be cured in a very short time and even when interposed between an electronic part and a substrate, by blending an aminosilane coupling agent and methyl ethyl ketone peroxide with a base resin composed of an ultraviolet-curable epoxy acrylate resin.
      CONSTITUTION: A resin compsn. is obtd. by blending 0.1W5pts.wt. aminosilane coupling agent and 0.1W3pts.wt. methyl ethyl ketone peroxide with 100pts.wt. base resin composed of an ultraviolet curable epoxy acrylate resin. When the quantity of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide exceeds 3pts.wt., the pot life of the resin compsn. is shortened and workability is greatly lowered, though characteristics after curing are substantially the same. When the quantity of the aminosilane coupling agent is outside the range of 0.1W5pts.wt., the moisture proof insulation resistance after 14hr is lowered to 10
      10 Ω or below and hence the compsn. is of no practical use.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool the part of a liquid crystal panel unit having a problem in terms of heat-resistance by providing an oblique air guiding path guiding air from a cooling fan to a liquid crystal panel, a cooling hole and a wind direction plate. SOLUTION: The oblique air guiding path 13 is provided between the cooling hole 12 and a fan 8 for cooling a panel. Thus, the air from the fan 8 for cooling the panel at a position corresponding to the liquid crystal panel 301 is made to blow to an inclined part (outside) 14 and the inclined part (inside) 15 as shown by an arrow, and is smoothly guided to the hole 12 for the cooling, so that the wind generated at the outer peripheral part of the fan 8 for cooling the panel is effectively used. Also, the wind direction plate 16 is arranged corresponding to the cooling hole 12, so that the air from the fan 8 for cooling the panel is controlled in a nearly perpendicular direction as shown by the arrow, so that the cooling is uniformly performed. The air guiding path 13, the wind direction plate 16 and the hole 12 for the cooling are integrally formed with an optical system base 10, so that the reduction of a cost caused by the reduction of parts and the reduction of assembly man-hour is attained.
