摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless personal computer adapter device which can judges whether or not a mobile station and a base station can be connected by radio by indicating that the position registration is being carried on, completed, or a failure by using a display means such as a lamp. SOLUTION: The wireless personal computer adapter 3 is equipped with the display means 6, such as a lamp, which is used normally to display an in-data-communication state and a received electric field level and when the wireless personal computer adapter 3 is powered on, the display means 6 makes a display indicating that position registration is in process during a radio communication accompanying the position registration carried out with a radio base station 2, so that it can be known through the display means 6 whether or not the position registration is successful. Further, the position registering operation for the wireless personal computer adapter 3 is carried out to make the base station 2 recognize the position of the mobile station 3 generally when the mobile station 3 connects to the radio base station 2 and when the position registration is successful, it means that the radio connection is confirmed.
