    • PURPOSE:To provide the roof structure, which can reduce the cross sections of structural members and the whole of the roof structure can be lightened and which can be easily constructed with the conventional construction technology. CONSTITUTION:Section steels are combined like a net to form a nearly conical trapezoidal roof form 1 having an opening 2 in the top thereof, and a reinforcing ring 3 and an opening part frame 4 forming the inner outline of the roof form 1 are fitted to the opening 2 of the roof form 1. The opening part frame 4 is formed of a large beam made of section steel, and the opening part frame 4 and an outline part 5 of the roof form 1 are connected to each other through plural main beams 7, and the outline 5 of the roof form 1 is supported by supporting fittings 10 at joint parts of the main beams 7, and the lower part of the joint part of the main beam 7 of the opening part frame 4 and the supporting fittings 10 or one end 7a of the main beam 71 are joined by a main cable 11 stretched under the main beam 71. Each main cable 11 is tensed at the same time to previously lead the compressing force to the outline 5 of the roof form 1 and the tensile force to the reinforcing ring 3 and the opening part frame 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a stepped truss main material using an H section steel of a simple connecting structure which can surely position each member by a simple preparing work, facilitates a welding work, reduces a cost and shortens a construction period.
      SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the stepped truss main material using the H section steel comprises the steps of: forming a V-shaped cutout part 3 on the stepped truss main material by assuring an interval corresponding to a thickness δ of a sandwiching plate 4 between one side piece flange plate 1A and a web plate 1C of a butt connected part 6 so as to manufacture the main material by butt connecting a substantially vertical member 1V and a substantially horizontal member H of an existing H section steel in a zigzag state; folding the other piece flange plate 1B via the plate 4 at the cutout part 3 so as to close the cutout part 3; and then connecting by welding the plates 1A, 1B and the plate 1C to the plate 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method which enables the uniform tensing and drawing of the outer peripheries of roof panels and their vicinities and the holding of the roof panels as designed, without causing inconvenience in wire blocks. SOLUTION: An outer periphery supporting member 3 to support roof panels 2 is constructed on a foundation 1 on which a large bay mounting frame P is built and the roof panels 2 are assembled and constructed on the foundation 1 inward of the outer periphery supporting member 3. A plural of bundled materials 11 are suspended from the lower faces of the roof panels 2 inward of the roof panels 2 to encircle the center of the roof panels 2. The ends of the bundled materials 11 are tied one another with tie materials 6 in a ring shape. Cables 17 are radially arranged from the ends of the bundled materials 11 toward the outer peripheries of the roof panels 2. The cables 17 are fixed to the outer peripheries 2a of the roof panels and their vicinities via a plural of balancing bundled materials 18, 19 conically formed at the ends of the cables 17. Gaps between both ends of the roof panels 2 are narrowed as preset by tensing and drawing the cables 17 and then the roof panels 2 are suspended up to the outer periphery supporting member 3 with a lift-up device 10.
