      SOLUTION: An outlet side of a rice milling part is connected to a receiving side of a rice polishing part. A sending spiral of a rice polishing roll of the rice polishing part serves as a grain sending part, and rice polishing protrusions with a lead reverse to the sending spiral serve as bran removing parts. The outer periphery of the rice polishing roll of the bran removing part is covered with a bran removing cylinder, the outside of the cylinder is surrounded with an air suction cover, and a suction duct is connected to one end of the suction cover. Return passage inlet and outlet are provided at a terminal part of the grain sending part and at a milled rice supply passage supplying milled rice of the rice milling part, respectively. Part of rice grains is returned to the grain sending part again through the return passage together with separated bran. Bran filled in pleats of the surfaces of the rice grains are peeled off with the returned bran, sucked to the outside with suction air of the suction cover at the bran removing part together with other bran. Only rice grains are taken out in a clean state, or as wash-free rice from the rice polishing part.

In this case, the cyclone 18 is set immediate above a rice bran bag 30 near the taking-out outlet 12 and the rice separated in the cyclone 18 is dropped and accumulated in the rice bran bag 30 immediate under the cyclone. At the time when the rice bran bag 30 is fully filled, a retarding contrarotating mechanism 34 is driven and the cyclone 18 is moved immediate above a rice bran bag 30 arranged in the depth side by a movement arm 32 and the separated rice bran is accumulated in the rice bran bag 30.
