    • PURPOSE:To eliminate a residue of grain and to prevent a trouble caused by residual grin by integratedly arranging a bottom plate for receiving supplied grains in the lower end of a rotary shaft of a screw, forming the bottom plate into a disk, which is adjacent to the inner circumferential face of a grain lift cylinder, and connecting the lower end of a screw vane to the upper face of the bottom plate. CONSTITUTION:A bottom plate 4 is installed horizontally in time lower end of a screw 6 integratedly with a rotary shaft 6a, and is formed into a disk, which is adjacent to the inner circumferential face of a grain lift cylinder 7, while the lower end of a screw vane 6b is connected to the upper face of the bottom plate 4. When hulled rice R is supplied to a grain lift tank 3, the hulled rice R is carried upward by a screw conveyer function of a grain lift conveyer 5. In the final step of supply, even though the hulled rice R remains on the bottom plate 4, the hulled rice R is lifted to the screw 6 continuing to the bottom plate 4 as the hulled rice R stays by friction with the inner circumferential face of the grain lift cylinder 7, and successively, the hulled rice R is lifted along the screw 6 while staying by the friction with the grain lift cylinder 7, and then is discharged to a rice mill tank from a lifted grain discharge port.

    • PURPOSE:To heighten a brown rice feeding function by returning a part of half-cleaned rice smoothly to a brown rice supplying route, peeling the wax adhering to a grain transporting part of a rice polishing roll by the half-cleaned rice and oils and fats contained in rice bran adhering to the half-cleaned rice and at the same time making the surface of a sending spiral part of the grain transporting part smooth. CONSTITUTION:A half-cleaned rice sucking inlet 5 is formed near the starting edges of rice polishing projected strips 4 of a rice polishing roll, and meanwhile a half-cleaned rice discharging outlet 7 is formed in a cylindrical wall of a brown rice supplying route 6 near the starting end of a grain sending part 1, and the half-cleaned rice sucking inlet 5 and the half-cleaned rice discharging outlet 7 are communicated with each other by a communicating pipe 8 tilting slantingly upward; wherein the rice polishing roll is provided with the grain sending part 1 having a sending spiral part 2 in the base and a rice polishing part 3 having the long rice polishing projected strips 4 at the tip part. Rice grains are half-cleaned near the starting edges of the rice polishing projected strips 4 and the pressure applied to the rice grains is high near the starting edges of the rice polishing projected strips 4. As a result, half-cleaned rice can be sent surely to the brown rice supplying route 6 through the half-cleaned rice discharging outlet 7.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically suck and discharge a part of 70%-milled rice stagnating in the vicinity of the tip part of a milling projected line through a suction port to smoothly transfer the remaining 70%-milled rice to the milling part of rice milling rolls by providing the suction port in a half-milled rice production part in the beginning part of the milling projected line with the highest pressure and on the other hand, providing a discharge port in the barrel wall of a husked rice feeding path with low pressure. SOLUTION: A suction port 7 for grains of rice is provided in the position facing a half- milled rice production part in the beginning part of a milling projected line 5. On the other hand, a discharge port 9 for the grains of rice is provided in the barrel wall of a husked rice feeding path 8 for feeding husked rice to a grain feeding part 3. The suction port 7 for the grains of rice is communicated with the discharge port 9 for the grains of rice by a connection pipe 10 tilted diagonally upward. Since grains of rice become the state of 70%- milled rice in the half-milled rice production part of the milling projected line 5 in which the suction port 7 for grains of rice is opened, 70%-milled rice is surely returned to the husked rice feeding path 8. Small rice bran adheres on the surface of 70%-milled rice and therefore fats and oils contained in small rice bran are applied to the surfaces of husked rice and a feeding screw. Wax content coupled with the returned 70%-milled rice is prevented from adhering to a feeding screw and grains of rice are surely transferred.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate switch rice bran discharging positions by connecting a rice bran suction fan with a grinding and polishing chamber of a rice polisher, connecting a cyclone with the discharge side of the fan through a rice bran transporting hose, which can freely be bent and stretched, and setting the discharge outlet of the cyclone as to face a plurality of rice bran containers, which are installed under the outlet, in freely changeable manner. SOLUTION: At the time of operating a rice polishing facility, after unpolished card rice in a drawing hopper is lifted while being weighed, and sand is removed, the resultant unpolished rice is sent to a rice polisher and polished in a grinding and polishing chamber and the resultant polished rice is sent out through a polished rice discharging outlet. On the other hand, the rice bran generated in the grinding and polishing chamber is gathered in a cyclone 18 of a rice bran collecting chamber 11 by pneumatic transportation by a rice bran suction fan through a rice bran collecting part. In this case, the cyclone 18 is set immediate above a rice bran bag 30 near the taking-out outlet 12 and the rice separated in the cyclone 18 is dropped and accumulated in the rice bran bag 30 immediate under the cyclone. At the time when the rice bran bag 30 is fully filled, a retarding contrarotating mechanism 34 is driven and the cyclone 18 is moved immediate above a rice bran bag 30 arranged in the depth side by a movement arm 32 and the separated rice bran is accumulated in the rice bran bag 30.
