The main control device 6 decomposes the surface of the object 1 to be coated to a large number of fine coating faces 12 by using a virtual three-dimensional matrix face, controls the robot controller 5 so that the paint discharge port of the nozzle 2 may face each fine coating face, and controls the nozzle drive circuit 7 so that the nozzle 2 may discharge the amount of the coating corresponding to an area of the fine coating face 12 which the nozzle 2 opposes. By this, the thickness of the coating corresponding to the coating face of the curved face is made uniform.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil applicator capable of preventing production of an oil gathering on a nozzle bottom surface and reducing spraying into the air.
      SOLUTION: A cooking oil injection device 5 is constituted by a large number of spray gun nozzles and is installed adjacent to the upper part of a ceiling plate 3. When the ceiling plate 3 comes just below the device 5 by a belt conveyor 2, a proximity sensor 4 detects this. A controller 1 sends a driving signal to an actuator 5c of the cooking oil injection device 5 in responsive to the detection signal and the cooking oil is injected and a pattern position on the ceiling plate for placing a bread material is coated with the cooking oil. A gentle recess 5j is concentrically provided on an outer periphery of an air injection hole 5f on a bottom surface A of the nozzle. Thereby, the oil deposited on the surface A is sucked toward the air injection hole 5f in the extremely fine state and is discharged.
