      SOLUTION: The magnetizing device for the induction motor is composed of an outer magnetizer 52 which is arranged on the outer peripheral face of the magnetic body 50 forming the magnet for the induction motor and magnetizes the outer peripheral face of the magnetic body, an inner magnetizer 54 which is arranged on the inner peripheral face of the magnetic body and magnetizes the inner peripheral face of the magnetic body, and a magnetizing power supply feeding device which feeds magnetizing power to the outer magnetizer and the inner magnetizer.
