    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling fin of a magnetron for improving cooling performance by a structure improved so that a heat transfer area is further increased to promote heat transfer. SOLUTION: A magnetron cooling fin 200 has a large number of turbulence promoting protrusions 230 on one surface of a tabular body 210 having a through-hole for anode locking 210a and a plurality of locking pieces (221 to 226) expanded and bent toward outside edge parts. Since such a structure separates flowing-in air from upper ends of the protrusions 230 to re-contact it with the tabular body 210 then thins a film of an existing temperature interface layer to increase a friction coefficient, a cooling efficiency is further improved owing to the promotion of the heat transfer.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high voltage capacitor for a magnetron that is simple in inner structure and assembly process.
      SOLUTION: A pair of dielectric ceramic members are formed in a shape of arch, and disposed separated from each other. Each of the dielectric ceramic members has a central conductor directly connected to the inner peripheral face and a ground metal connected to the outer peripheral face. Thus, any other connecting structure for connecting the dielectric ceramic member and the central conductor is not required, so that the structure of the central conductor is simplified, and dielectric ceramic members are saved corresponding to the part of the pair of dielectric ceramic members separated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor for a magnetron which can decrease the production time of a product by improving capacitance and withstand voltage performance and by reducing the size of a capacitor and loading weight of epoxy.
      SOLUTION: This capacitor for the magnetron comprises two central conductors 120 arranged in a ground plate 110 and connected with a choking coil respectively and two dielectric members 130 arranged outside of each central conductor 120 facing each other, in which an inner electrode 131 arranged in an inner surface and contacted by the each central conductor 120 and an outer electrode 132 arranged in an outside surface and contacted by the ground plate 110, and forming a convergence angle smaller than 180 degrees by prolonging both side surfaces connecting both ends of the inner electrode 131 and the outer electrode 132.
