    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively wash, in particular, a suction nozzle when a nozzle unit to be used for washing a container is washed.SOLUTION: After a container is washed, a nozzle unit 10 is inserted into a washing tank 16, and, in that state, steam from a steam-supplying source 20 is fed into a suction nozzle N2. By this, the steam penetrates into protein or the like which adheres to the internal surface of the nozzle, and the protein or the like rises to the surface to be easily peeled off. When a washing liquid is fed, in that state, to the suction nozzle N2, the protein or the like is effectively removed. The external surface of the suction nozzle N2 is also washed both in the feeding of the steam and in the feeding of the washing liquid. In a tube pump unit 18, a rotor, which squashes a tube when the steam is fed, makes a retreat motion, and then a space into which the steam flows is secured.
