摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing memory B cells by which the cells are maintained in live states in vitro; to provide a method for monitoring the memory B cells in a culture liquid; and to provide a method for screening a compound enhancing the survival of the memory B cells. SOLUTION: The memory B cells at a certain rate can be maintained in a live state for a certain period by allowing a BAFF (B cell activating factor belonging to the TNF family) to be present in the culture system.
