    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to form a PC grout of a stabilized quality by separating/charging some quantitatively determined cement through a simple operation, in a cement hopper as a constituent component of a unit for prestressed concrete grout.
      SOLUTION: In this unit for prestressed concrete grout, the following components are provided: the cement hopper 11 charged with cement; a grout mixer 12 for kneading the grout; a water storage tank 13 for storing water to be supplied to the grout mixer 12; a grout pump 16 for pressure-sending the grout formed by the grout mixer 12; a pulsation reducing device 17 which reduces a pulsation generated in the grout pressure-sent from the grout pump 16; and a weight hoisting device (a winch) 18 which hoists the cement hopper 11 and guides the latter to the top of the grout mixer 12. In addition, the cement hopper 11 is equipped with a cement charging means 2 and a drum 4 with a plurality of partition panels 6 installed inside the cement charging means 2. Besides, a dowel pin 7 is implanted on the face/back of each of a plurality of the partition panels 6.
