SOLUTION: This invention comprises a fixing ring 16, a plurality of wedges 17 and saddle type pushing material 18 provided surrounding a material 3 to be tensioned. Guide pipes 20 are provided to make guide along the axis of the fixing ring 16. A sliding ring 21 is built in this guide pipe 20, which slides together with the material 3 when it is tensioned. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prestressed device in a concrete structure capable of surely introducing prestress to the partial area of a concrete building.
SOLUTION: The prestressed device is provided with a anchorage tool 14 buried on the other end of a prestress introduction area in the inside of the concrete structure (12). The anchorage tool 14 is composed of a fixed ring 16 provided by surrounding a tension material 3, a plurality of wedges 17 interposed between the fixed ring 16 and the tension material 3 and fixing the tension material 3 on the fixed ring 16 by being press-fitted between the fixed ring 16 and the tension material 3, and a pushing member 18 interposed between the wedge 17 and the fixed ring 16 and elastically pushing the wedge 17 toward the inside of the fixed ring 16.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for filling PC grout and a device therefor by which a sheath penetrated by a PC steel is solidly filled with a high viscosity grout as well as a low viscosity grout by means of injection without leaving remaining air and without using a grout injecting pump.
SOLUTION: A system includes a sheath b installed in a PC structure a and penetrated by the PC steel c under tension, a grout chamber d installed at a position higher than that of the installation position of the sheath b, a vacuum pipe f, erecting pipes g1, g3 connected to at least a mountain part b1 and an end part 5 of the sheath, respectively, and a feeding pipe j connecting the sheath b and the grout chamber d. The whole system is maintained under extremely low pressure by operation of the vacuum pump f. Under the extremely low pressure, the grout in the grout chamber d is injected to fill the inside of the sheath b through the feeding pipe j using the gravity force.
