    • PURPOSE:To obtain a titled steel sheet having a plating layer which withstands drawing and has good adhesive strength by subjecting the steel sheet to finish rolling by using a roll having the surface dulled by electric discharge machining then subjecting the surface of the steel sheet to desired galvanization. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a rolling roll is dulled by electric discharge machining to have the dense ruggedness with a large number of peaks and irregular waveforms. After a hot rolled steel sheet is pickled, the sheet is subjected to skin-pass rolling by using said roll to transfer the dull mesh having an excellent characteristic onto the surface of the steel sheet. A cold rolled steel sheet is rolled by the above-mentioned roll in >=1 set of rolling mills in the final stage of cold rolling. The above-mentioned roll is used in temper rolling for a steel sheet after cold rolling and annealing. The steel sheet formed with the desired dull mesh on the surface is subjected to galvanization or electric galvanization. The galvanized surface which lessens stripping-off in the stage of drawing and has good adhesive strength is thus formed on the surface of the steel sheet.

The diameter D of the work 3 is measured by a detector 16 and a speed of a motor 7 is controlled by applying its output single to a feed speed setting device 18.     • PURPOSE:To extent a maintenance period of a filter and to reduce a maintenace expense of the same, by removing iron filings off from a contaminated liquid generated from a work or an electrode prior to filtering of the contaminated liquid by the filter. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnet 7 is provided in a contaminated liquid tank 1. The electromagnet 7 is magnetized and the magnetic field is made to generate by electrifying the electromagnet 7. Iron filings generated through a work is adsorbed from within a contaminated liquid in the contaminated liquid tank 1 by the generated magnetic field. With this construction, half of particulates in the contaminated liquid in the contaminated liquid tank 1 is removed. As the iron filings in the contaminated liquid is removed like this, the particulates in the contaminated liquid tank 1 become only copper filings and a number of the particulates becomes the half. Then, meshes of a filter 5 is hard to be clogged as a number of the particulates is reduced when the contaminated liquid is filtered by the filter 5 due to a matter that the contaminated liquid, whose particulates have become the half, is sent to a filter tank 2 for the contaminated liquid by a feed contaminated liquid pump 3.
