    • PURPOSE:To extent a maintenance period of a filter and to reduce a maintenace expense of the same, by removing iron filings off from a contaminated liquid generated from a work or an electrode prior to filtering of the contaminated liquid by the filter. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnet 7 is provided in a contaminated liquid tank 1. The electromagnet 7 is magnetized and the magnetic field is made to generate by electrifying the electromagnet 7. Iron filings generated through a work is adsorbed from within a contaminated liquid in the contaminated liquid tank 1 by the generated magnetic field. With this construction, half of particulates in the contaminated liquid in the contaminated liquid tank 1 is removed. As the iron filings in the contaminated liquid is removed like this, the particulates in the contaminated liquid tank 1 become only copper filings and a number of the particulates becomes the half. Then, meshes of a filter 5 is hard to be clogged as a number of the particulates is reduced when the contaminated liquid is filtered by the filter 5 due to a matter that the contaminated liquid, whose particulates have become the half, is sent to a filter tank 2 for the contaminated liquid by a feed contaminated liquid pump 3.

    • PURPOSE:To shift a work tank door so easily and little in floor space by man power, making the work tank door attachable and vice versa to and from a tank body as well as making it so as to be slingingly supported by the lifting mechanism installed in the body. CONSTITUTION:A work tank door 2 is clamped to a work tank body 1 by what a clamper 4 is made to come into a state of being clamped, and completely separated from the work tank body 1 by making the calmper come into a state of being unclamped. Next, the work tank door 2 separated from the work tank body 1 is slung by a spring balancer 6 with force of the same degree of its own weight so that it can be easily moved up and down by man power, thus the work tank door 2 is housed in space between supports 7a and 7b by man power. And, the work tank door 2 can be opened or closed only when it is moved almost vertically, and even when a work delivery device is set up in front of the work tank door 2 as well as even when a work conveying rail is set up at the same height position as a lower end of the door 2, it is able to be opened or closed, thus the time required for work delivery is reducible.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent machining fluid and sludge or the like from splashing on a rail by providing a machining fluid scatter preventing means in a pallet in its workpiece loading surface or an opposite side thereto, in the case of a device in-out carrying a workpiece for a wire electric discharge machine. CONSTITUTION:Between upper and lower part wire guides 5 and 7, a wire electrode 8 is linked machining a workpiece 24 by applying voltage to the wire electrode 8 while supplying machining fluid to upper and lower part nozzles 10 and 11. At this time, machining fluid 10a from the upper and lower part nozzles 10 and 11 is scattered hitting the workpiece 24 in its upper and lower surfaces. The scattered machining fluid 10a hits upper and lower part machining fluid scatter preventing covers 51 and 53 to scatter no more. The workpiece 24 is completed in its machining and mounted to a pallet 23 removed in its retaining plate and moved to a workpiece exchanger after a cross table 2 is moved to an exchange position of the pallet 23.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a fixed sensing part and prevent an electric wire for signaling from electric errosion due to processing liquid by furnishing two electrodes in a specified position in a processing trough with a certain spacing reserved, connecting the top of electrode with the electric wire for signaling, and sensing the level of the processing surface. CONSTITUTION:In the case of using a processing liquid having a specific resistance of 10 KOMEGA.cm approximately, the spacing between electrodes 6 is set to approx. 1mm, and a voltage of 100 V is impressed to cause flowing of a current of approx. 0.1 A, and now it is possible to sense that the processing liquid surface 2a has attained a set level. The electrodes consist of a rod-shaped electric conductor having rigidity, and their bottoms 6a shall be situated at a certain intended level and thus installed vertically at the inner wall of a processing trough 1. The electrode tops 6b are situated apart from the processing liquid surface 2a, and there is no risk of electric errosion between the processing liquid 2 and the electric wire for signaling 8 connected in this position, and further the sensing part is fixed type, and the wire 8 is not necessarily made of thin and soft material to ensure that it is selected from a wide range of selection.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to extend and retract a loading arm by using machining liquid jetted from a nozzle at a high speed in a film-like condition as a fluid shutter so as to inhibit the machining liquid in a machining tank from flowing out through a window part even though machining liquid is fed in the machining tank to a height greater than the height of a side face opening. CONSTITUTION:A fluid shutter creating nozzle 13 which is curved arcuatedly, is disposed in the upper edge section of a window part 20 in a machining tank 11, and jets machining liquid fed from a hose 14 along the window section 20 downward at a high speed so as to form a film-like shutter. Even though the machining liquid 10 is fed up to a level higher than the height of the window part 20, it is possible to restrain the flow-out of the machining liquid from the window to a slight amount. A loading arm 15 which has an external shape of a round rod so as to prevent the flow of the fluid shutter from being inhibited and which holds a workpiece, enters into the machining tank 10 through the window part 20 so as to set the workpiece. Thus, it is possible to introduce the workpiece into and from the machining tank 11 which are filled with the machining liquid, thereby it is possible to efficiently machine several workpieces one by one.
