    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel protective sheet having high weather resistance and high moisture barrier properties.SOLUTION: A production method disclosed is a method for producing a protective sheet for a solar battery, and includes the steps of: (i) forming a laminated film including a methacrylic resin layer and a thermoplastic elastomer layer by a coextrusion method; and (ii) laminating the laminated film and a moisture barrier film. A thermoplastic elastomer includes a first polymer block and two or one second polymer block bonded to both terminals or one terminal of the first polymer block. The first polymer block is mainly composed of an acrylic acid ester unit, and the second polymer block is mainly composed of a methacrylic acid ester unit. In the thermoplastic elastomer, a mass ratio of (the first polymer block)/(total of the second polymer block) is in the range of 90/10-50/50. The weight average molecular weight of the thermoplastic elastomer is in the range of 30,000-200,000.
