When a crack is generated on the bridge concrete floor slab 7, fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric 8 are detached at an interface between the adhesive 9 and the nonwoven fabric 8, the nonwoven fabric 8 molded containing the adhesive 9 is detached at the boundary face of the bridge concrete floor slab 7, and the nonwoven fabric 8 impregnated with the adhesive 9 is colored (clouded) 8a. By the coloring (clouding) phenomenon 8a, the degradation advancing state and degradation degree of the bridge concrete floor slab 7 are visually observable.
