    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric sticking structure in a structure such as a steel or concrete structure and a technique of crack check method for the purpose of visually observing and managing crack generation and degradation state in the structure after construction.SOLUTION: A surface 7a of a bridge concrete floor slab 7 is surface-treated and an epoxy resin based adhesive 9 is applied thereon. Then, nonwoven fabric 8 is stuck to the bridge concrete floor slab 7. When a crack is generated on the bridge concrete floor slab 7, fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric 8 are detached at an interface between the adhesive 9 and the nonwoven fabric 8, the nonwoven fabric 8 molded containing the adhesive 9 is detached at the boundary face of the bridge concrete floor slab 7, and the nonwoven fabric 8 impregnated with the adhesive 9 is colored (clouded) 8a. By the coloring (clouding) phenomenon 8a, the degradation advancing state and degradation degree of the bridge concrete floor slab 7 are visually observable.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a vacuum heat insulating material that suppresses costs required for the manufacturing equipment of a vacuum heat insulating material using a metal outer package material while reducing manufacturing time. SOLUTION: A core material is sealed in an interposing part I by sealing/welding lines 130a, 130c, and 130d and a temporary sealing/welding line 130' inside an outer package material 120 as shown in Fig.(e). A sealing material 200a is placed on a degassing port 140 provided in the outer package material 120 so as to decompress it inside a vacuum chamber, and the sealing material 200a is adhered to the outer package material 120 by an impulse sealer provided inside the vacuum chamber so as to seal the degassing port 140 as shown in Fig.(f). A sealing/welding line 130b is formed on the outer package material 120 under the atmospheric pressure as shown in Fig.(g). The outer package material 120 is cut along the sealing/welding line 130b so as to make the cut line (the chain line) as the right side 122b of the outer package material 120 as shown in Fig.(h).
