    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground irrigation system that can be suitably used on a slope land since the amount of moisture in a plough layer can be kept as even as possible without needing equipment such as water-table management equipment.SOLUTION: The underground irrigation system 10 includes a sealing member 12 to be buried in the ground of a cropland 200 and supplies water from the underground to keep the amount of moisture in soil in a state appropriate for the growth of a plant. The sealing member is formed of a material having a sealing property in an elongated groove-like shape and is buried in the ground with its longitudinal direction being along the slope of the cropland 200. A water-holding member 14 having a water-absorbing property and water-holding property is provided at the bottom of the inside of the sealing member 12, and a water supply member 16 is disposed through the water-holding member 14. In the underground irrigation system 10, water from a water supply source 30 is supplied to the water-holding member 14 by the water supply member 16 during the irrigation. The water absorbed and held by the water-holding member 14 is soaked up and supplied to the soil above by capillary action.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mole drain forming method capable of efficiently and uniformly inputting and filling a hydrophobic material in the mole drain simultaneously when forming the mole drain, capable of forming the mole drain superior in drainage performance and capable of forming the mole drain at a distal end position of the mole drain forming, for example, a position very adjacent to a levee.
      SOLUTION: A mole drain forming device is provided with a working machine mounting part 12 for mounting and supporting on an earth removing plate 32 at a front part of bulldozer 31, a hydrophobic material hopper 13 integrally arranged at the working machine mounting part, a hydrophobic material input part 14 conjuncted at the lower part of the hydrophobic material hopper, a blade part 15 for groove forming blade arranged at forward in the projectile culvert excavation direction of the hydrophobic material input part, a hydrophobic material input port 16 arranged at rear and lower part in the projectile culvert excavation direction of the hydrophobic material input part and a projectile 17 arranged at rear in the projectile culvert excavation direction from the hydrophobic material input port. By advance of the bulldozer 31 and up and down move of the earth removing plate 32, a mole drain 56 having a projectile part 52 in which the hydrophobic material does not exists at the bottom of the groove part input and filled with the hydrophobic material.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring the inside of a siphon pipe into a full water state efficiently when starting a siphon by eliminating the need to provide a check valve in a water source side conduit of the siphon pipe.SOLUTION: A siphon intake system 10 comprises a siphon pipe 12 which is laid over a dam body 100. A degassing part 40 which sucks air in the siphon pipe 12 is connected to a pipe top of a dam body top conduit 12b of the siphon pipe 12. Furthermore, the siphon intake system 10 comprises a water injection part 48 for preferentially injecting priming water to a water supply side conduit 12c. When starting a siphon, priming water is injected preferentially from the water injection part 48 to the water supply side conduit 12c by using a water injection pump 60. After the water supply side conduit 12c is brought into a full water state, the degassing part 40 is used to suck the priming water into the water source side conduit 12a, and the entire siphon pipe 12 is brought into the full water state.
