    • PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a bearing by preparing the titled retainer from a synthetic resin so as to enable the assembly of conical rollers easily and rapidly, and simplifying and facilitating the molding of the retainer. CONSTITUTION:When the interval between ridgelines 16 and 16 is assumed to be L1 and the interval between ridgelines 17 and 17 is assumed to be L2, the dimensions L1 and L2 are set to values slightly smaller than the diameter (d) at said positions of the conical roller 10, so that the conical roller 10 has such a dimension that the conical roller 10 can be forced into the pocket part 14 by utilizing the elastic deformation of the ridge part from any of the outer diameter and the inner diameter, and the conical roller 10 does not drop out of any of the inner and outer sides. By constructing the molding by assembling and fitting female and male molding metal dies in a manner operable and slidable in the axial direction on the border of the ridgeline, the injection molding of the retainer can be effected extremely easily.
