摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeding device which corrects inclination not depending on sheet size, and an image processing apparatus.SOLUTION: A paper feeding roller pair 14 conveys a document P. A conveying roller pair 16 is arranged in the more downstream side in the conveying direction of the document P than the paper feeding roller pair 14, and conveys the document P. A resist roller pair 18 is arranged in the more downstream side in the conveying direction than the conveying roller pair 16, and conveys the document P. If an edge L1 of the document P which positions in the downstream side in the conveying direction inclines to the front and back direction perpendicular to the conveying direction, the document P is bent between the paper feeding roller pair 14 and the conveying roller pair 16, and the conveying roller pair 16 slides in the front and back direction.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively correct inclination of fed sheets and correct bias of the sheets after inclination is corrected in a sheet transporting device.SOLUTION: A sheet transporting device includes a sheet feeding/handling roller pair 10 which handles and transports sheets one by one, a first resist roller pair 20 for correcting inclination by striking tips of the sheets transported by the feeding/handling roller pair 10, and a second resist roller pair 30 for correcting inclination by striking the tips of the sheets transported by the first resist roller pair 20. The first resist roller pair 20 can move freely in a thrust direction orthogonal to a sheet transporting direction A and can be fixed at a position after movement. First inclination correction is performed on the sheets at the first resist roller pair 20, and second inclination correction is performed on the sheets at the second resist roller pair 30.
