    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitting coupling mechanism between valve shafts forming angles capable of constructing a stratified scavenging two cycle engine compactly by performing transmitting coupling of lead air control valve shaft of a stratified scavenging two cycle engine and an air-fuel mixture throttle valve shaft of a carburetor arranged by forming angles without sacrificing space in a height direction of the stratified scavenging two cycle engine. SOLUTION: Cam plates 28 and levers 23 are attached on the lead air control valve shaft 27 and the air-fuel mixture throttle valve shaft 22 arranged by forming angles respectively. A spring 46 energizing the lead air control valve in a valve close direction is arranged on the valve shaft 27 and a spring 45 energizing the air-fuel mixture throttle valve in a valve close direction is arranged on the valve shaft 22. Length of a contact shoe 24 provided on the lever 23 is extended in parallel with an axis line of the valve shaft 22 and is formed in length with which the contact shoe 24 and a cam surface formed on the cam plate 28 always contact.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable working machine capable of starting an engine easily by manual operation even when it is difficult to operate a starter device.
      SOLUTION: A cut-off saw is constituted by providing the electric starter device 40 on one end side of a crank shaft 21 of the engine 2 and a manual operation type recoil starter 50 on the other end side. For this reason, if operation of the usually used starter device 40 becomes difficult due to insufficiency of charging obtained by a battery, the engine 2 can be easily started by using the recoil starter 50 to improve ease of use. Since a mechanism for winding up a plate spring 47 by manual operation is unnecessary for the starter device 40, a structure of the starter device 40 can be simplified.
