SOLUTION: The battery case 100 is formed in such a way that: a die assembly 16 is formed by coaxially assembling a punching die 20, a drawing die 22, redrawing dies 24, 26, and an ironing die 28 in order of size of die holes 32-40 so as to make them immovable; a first, a second, a third punches 68, 70, 72 are arranged coaxially to the die assembly 16 so as to be insertable into the die holes 32-40 with a moving mechanism 74; blanking of a metal plate is performed with the first punch 68 and the punching die 20; drawing of the metal plate after blanking is performed with the second punch 70 and the drawing die 22; and then redrawing and the ironing are continuously performed to an intermediate work with the third punch 72 and the redrawing dies 24, 26.

SOLUTION: The oil particle collecting device 1 has a space forming body 3 for forming a space through which gas can circulate, and is equipped with a plurality of partitioning parts 20-29 between gas inflow ports 6, 7 of the space forming body 3 and a gas discharge port 9. Collecting parts 40-45 comprising a plurality of protruding parts 47 are formed protruding from an inner wall of the space forming body 3 arranged in the advancing direction of gas flow. The gas contacting area, especially the area where gas flow is apt to collide into, is increased by the collecting parts 40-45. Oil particles in the gas which have collided into the collecting parts 40-45 adhere to the collecting parts 40-45 or drop out from the gas flow due to decrease in propulsive force. Adhesion rate and dropping out rate of the oil particles are improved because gas which goes in between the protruding parts 47 arranged in the advancing direction of the gas flow collides into the protruding parts 47 on both sides.

In the oil particle collecting device, a comparatively small oil particle which is hard to be collected with a partitioning part not formed with a through-hole can be well omitted and collected, and the ratio of an opening area in the partitioning part greater than a predetermined level can be obtained to reduce an increase in pressure loss.
