    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil for a hot-rolling oil for an aluminum and aluminum alloy sheet, which is excellent in lubricity at rolling and anticorrosion to iron and capable of giving a rolled sheet having excellent sheet surface quality, and to provide a rolling oil containing the lubricating oil and a hot rolling method.
      SOLUTION: The lubricating oil for the hot-rolling oil for the aluminum and aluminum alloy sheet contains (a) a mineral oil having a kinematic viscosity of ≤80 mm
      2 /s (40°C), (b) a 10-22C fatty acid, (c) at least one selected from natural fats and oils and synthetic esters obtained from monovalent higher fatty acids or polybasic acids and alcohols, and (d) a 8-26C higher alcohol, wherein the content of the component (b) is 1-14 wt%, the content of the component (c) is 2-50 wt%, and the content of the component (d) is 2-30 wt%. The hot-rolling oil for the aluminum and an aluminum alloy sheet contains this lubricating oil, water and an emulsifier. The hot-rolling method uses this hot-rolling oil for the hot-rolling of the aluminum and the aluminum alloy sheet.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of hot finish rolling, which does not cause the hunting of the plate thickness even when the tip end of the plate to be rolled is rolled so as to be tapered, and to provide a material rolled by the same method. SOLUTION: The method of hot finish rolling comprises a first step of beginning the widening of the roll gap between work rolls when the leading edge portion 1a of the rolling plate 1 to be transported has arrived at the stand for widening the plate width, a second step of rolling the leading edge portion 1a of the rolling plate 1 so as to be tapered by continuously carrying out the widening of the roll gap, begun at the first step, for a period until a required roll gap has been achieved, a third step of rolling a rolled material 1' having a required plate thickness by keeping the roll gap constant after the roll gap has been widened to the required roll gap in the second step, and a fourth step of winding the hot finish rolled material 15 on a winding member, the finish rolled material 15 being obtained by carrying out the rolling from the first step to the third step at the respective stands. Further, the widening of the roll gap at the second step is controlled such that the balance of the mass flow is the same on the inlet side and the exit side of the work rolls.
