    • PURPOSE: To obtain a method for detecting the outlet gap of a spiral moving type crushing machine which eliminates the need for an angle input operation by selecting the angle meeting the perpendicular distance detected from the angle input values based on rule of thumb, inputting the selected angle to a spacing calculating device and calculating the outlet gap. CONSTITUTION: The angles θ0 , θ1 ,...θmax based on the rule of thumb corresponding to the perpendicular distances L0 , L1 ,...Lmax up to the contact point of a mantle 3 keep changing by wear from a reference position S are previously inputted to an angle input device. The perpendicular distance from the reference position S to the contact point of a concave 2 is detected and the difference ΔL, from the perpendicular distance L from the reference position S to the contact point of the mantle 3 is calculated. The angle θ with the perpendicular distance L from the reference position S detected by a distance detector to the contact point of the mantle 3 changed by the wear is selected from the previously inputted angles θ0 , θ1 ,...θmax and is inputted to the spacing calculating device, by which the output spacing G is calculated from the product of the difference ΔL, and the cosine of the selected angle θ.

    • PURPOSE:To support a concave from above and allow a slack generated by continuous crushing action to be clamped more tightly and corrected by a crushing reaction in a self-control manner. CONSTITUTION:Support levers 8 with a base end part clamped by a tightening bolt 9 are arranged on the inner top of a concave support part 3b, in the upper barrel 3 of a dual cylindrical structure having the concave support part 3b engaged with the interior of a fixed barrel part 3a. On the other hand, an annular collar is arranged on the upper outer periphery of the concave, and a gradient ring 10 having gradient projecting parts 10a with an inclined surface which is gradient downward in the rotating direction of a mantle 7 on the lower surface, allowed to protrude in a peripheral direction, is attached to the lower surface of the annular collar 7a of the concave 7 in one piece. Further, the tip of the support lever 8 is allowed to engage itself with the lower surface of the gradient projecting part 10a. Thus the concave 7 is retained in the concave support part 3b of the upper barrel 3.

    • PURPOSE:A stationary blade, a movable blade and a jaw are disposed in a closed chamber. A toggle arm connected to the jaw is extended to the outside of the chamber, with the portion thereof oustise the chamber enclosed by a flexible sleeve. By this crusher, the material suspended by a liquid and conveyed through a pipe are crushed continuously and at a low cost, without any pressure loss. CONSTITUTION:A closed chamber 6 is provided at its upper and lower portions with a material inlet 7 and a crushed material outlet 8, respectively. A stationary blade 1, a movable blade 2 and a jaw are disposed in this closed chamber 6. A toggle arm 4 is provided with a flange 11. The toggle arm 4 is enclosed by a flexible and resilient sleeve 12 interposed between the flange 11 and the opening 10. Thanks to the use of the flexible resilient sleeve 12, the closed container is sealed in a water-tight manner, even when the toggle arm 4 is swung. It is therefore possible to continuously crush the material such as gravels which are conveyed by a liquid through a pipe and to deliver the crushed material together with the liquid into the subsequent pipe.
