    • PURPOSE:To economize fuel such as heavy oil by effectively utilizing waste combustion exhaust gas due to the air-heating furnace of a blast furnace as a portion of heat source, when iron-ore is charged into a drying-classifying machine, and the ore is supplied to the next process such as pulverization, after drying and classification. CONSTITUTION:As to the air-heating furnace 3 of a blast furnace 1, lining material is stretched on the inner surface 19 of a combustion chamber 18, and a burner 20 blows-Out flame in the direction of tangent to the chamber 18 in cyclindrical form, and combustion air and fuel are sufficiently mixed, and perfect combustion is achieved. The combustion air which flows-in through a combustion air inlet 21 generates combustion gas at 1000-1200 deg.C in the chamber 18, and the combustion exhaust gas supplied to an exhaust gas inlet 17 from the furnace 1 through an exhaust gas pipe 14 is mixed with said combustion gas in a mixing chamber 22 so that the temperature is decreased to an arbitrary value, and the mixed gas is charged into the drying-classifying machine 2. The iron ore 4 charged in a hopper 32 is dried and classified by a motor 33.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain highly precise data by outputting temp. distribution data of the sectional area only when the distance between the sintered layer sectional area and a camera attains to the prescribed distance. CONSTITUTION:A sintered ore 2 on a pallet 1 of a sintering machine ore exhausting part is broken at the contrarotating part, moves and falls while pushing a plane plate 9. The plate 9 rotates around a horizontal axis 8 with the movement of the ore 2, and the signal of a rotated angle alpha of the plate 9 is inputted to an arithmetic device 11 from an angle detector 10. The device 11 calculates and decides the angle variation, sends the trigger signal to an arithmetic processing part 5 when the angle attains to the prescribed value, and outputs the temp. data obtained from processing the data from an image pickup device 3 to a printer 7. Since the temp. distribution data outputted when the distance between the device 3 and the broken surface 4 attains to the prescribed value, the highly precise data can be obtained.
